Pride Month
Pride Month is the time to celebrate, uplift and support lesbian, queer , bisexual, transgender and homosexual people from all over the world. Traditionally, the community gathers throughout the month of June at parades, protests and performances to mark the progress that has been achieved in LGBTQ+ rights, while at the same period, keeping the momentum travel

Pride On The Park supported by Hayu is the official Brighton & Hove Movement fundraiser for our local LGBTQIA+ people groups. A glittering and truly inclusive community celebration that delivers an lasting day of Identity, it is distinct community fundraising event that has enjoyed amazing performances from international stars including Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Dua Lipa, Ray, Nile Rogers & Chic, Spotless Bandit, Pet Shop Boys, Grace Jones, Years and Years, Sister Sledge, Carly Rae Jepsen, Fatboy Slim, Paloma Faith, The Human League, Ella Elre, Jessie J amongst others.
Described by The Guardian as “the country’s most popular LGBT event,” the Brighton & Hove Celebration Festival is a vibrant celebration of all that is wonderful about our city’s diverse collective, with visitors from across the globe enjoying its spectacular celebrations.
Pride has proved itself to be the UK’s biggest, boldest and leading Pride event with community fundraising at its heart.

WeHo Pride is the City of West Hollywood’s LGBTQ+ Pride celebration.
For decades, West Hollywood has been home to one of the largest annual Pride celebrations in the world, drawing hundreds of thousands of people each June.
WeHo Pride 2025
Thursday, May 22 – Monday, June 30
WeHo Pride 2025 kicks-off on Harvey Milk Day, May 22, with a unique event. WeHo Pride Weekend will take place from Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1 with OUTLOUD at WeHo Event , the WeHo Pride Lane Fair, the Women's Liberty Festival and Dyke Parade, WeHo Pride Parade, and much more!
This year's WeHo Pride Arts Festival will take place from Friday, May 23 through Sunday, May 25 with various events and programming.
Throughout the 40 days from May 22 to June 30, there will be collective group events at various locations.

The LGBTQ+ rights movement has made tremendous strides over the past scant decades and much of the progress in noticeability is thanks in part to gay pride parades and marches that contain taken place in cities around the world.
The global landscape for LGBTQ+ rights, protections and acceptance varies tremendously by location, with some destinations attracting millions of visitors to their events like Madrid Lgbtq+ Pride, Sao Paulo Male lover Pride or San Francisco Gay Pride, while more than 70 other countries have laws that consent discrimination or persecution of LGBTQ+ people.
